2024 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an annual event for all members in good standing to participate in. The detail of the 2025 AGM include:

Date:  Tuesday, March 11, 2025

Time:  11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Location:  The HUB on Martin, 260 Martin Street, Penticton

This meeting provides the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce with a platform to engage with its members and showcase organizational transparency.  Moreover, it offers members the opportunity to actively contribute to the governance of the Penticton Chamber, learn of key updates, and help shape the future.

Timeline:

• 11:15 AM - Doors Open
• 12:00 PM - Lunch
• 12:15 PM - AGM called to order
• 1:00 PM (approx) - AGM adjourned.

• Voting Eligibility: Only Chamber members in good standing can vote. Onevote per Chamber Business. Make sure your membership is up-to-date.

Registration Details:

• AGM Only - Free (but will not include any food or beverage).
• AGM & Lunch - $30 + GST

2025-2027 Board of Directors Applications:

Applications for the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors are open until Thursday, February 20th, at noon. Should an election be needed, electronic voting will take place from March 5th to March 10th, 2025, with results announced at the Annual General Meeting.

Thursday, February 20, 2025: Nominations Close (12pm - noon)

Thursday, February 27, 2025: BOD Nominees Announced 

Tuesday, March 4, 2025: BOD Nominees Meet & Greet (5pm-7pm)

Wednesday, March 5, 2025: Online Voting Opens

Monday, March 10, 2025: Online Voting Closes
