We are a dynamic, female-driven networking organization connecting South Okanagan women from diverse industries, including finance, tourism, health, education, retail, service, marketing, and more. Whether you're a business owner, professional, or simply looking to grow your network, you are welcome here!


Organized by the PWIB Committee, Business & Bites Luncheons are inclusive networking events open to everyone. Held at local restaurants and venues in Penticton from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, these ‘power lunches’ include a delicious meal, a non-alcoholic beverage, and valuable professional development.


Each luncheon features:

Penticton Women in Business Bursary Fund


The Penticton Women in Business Bursary is offered to an Okanagan College student returning for a second year or beyond in the Business Program at the Penticton Campus. Applications are made through Okanagan College.


Join us in supporting the future business leaders in our community by helping us grow the PENTICTON WOMEN IN BUSINESS BURSARY FUND! Donations may be made by e-transferring to pwib@telus.net or contributing to the PWIB Bursary Fund through the South Okanagan Community Foundation, or the Okanagan College Foundation.
